It goes to say that there is scientific evidence as to the extreme weather events being linked to Climate Change. It further addresses the issue that humans are likely to blame.
So, is the debate finally over? I think so.

I reside on Chicago's Northwest side. Currently I am about to finish my Associate in Science. I then plan on obtaining a Bachelors in Science. I am a CAST (Chicago Area Snow Team) observer during the winter months for the National Weather Service. Also involved in COCORAHS (Community Collaborative, Rain, Hail and Snow Network.
