THUS FAR THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT 8 TORNADOES TOUCHED DOWN IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS ON SATURDAY JUNE 7TH.

THERE MAY BE MORE STILL TO COME.  KEEP IT HERE ON THE BLOGS AND WE'LL KEEP YOU UPDATED.

Amazing how detailed the post-storm information is these days. Can't imagine what kind of warnings could have been out, or how brutal the maps and data would have looked for Plainfield back in 1990, if we had this weather technology back then.
