There should be no restrictions to the parks, the taxpayers money pays for the upkeep of the park and if they ( the taxpayer) can't use the park, what is it there for.

Hey homer63, maybe they should close the park and have Walsh Con. put another high rise there. I don't know why the taxes are going up with all the new high rises going up and new tax revuenues coming in. The only thing the city does when a new highrise go up is deliver water and hook up the sewers up which is very simple. Oh, I forgot the politicians, city and county are cutting deals and hiring their relatives and friends for bogus jobs with a six firgure salary. Oh yeah about the parks, I always thought the parks belong to the TAXPAYERS.
