The stores put out the holiday stuff before Halloween! It's not your imagination... retailers want you to feeled rushed into shopping NOW! And one local radio station is already playing holiday tunes exclusively. Do these tactics work on you? Will it change your holiday routine or make you spend more?

No and nothing rushes me. I plan on
boycotting all companies except U.S.
totally made in U.S.A. companies.
Will anyone get anything for Xmas ???

The recalls are just one example on how bad
our government departments
needs "comperhensive reform".

This isn't really new news, in New York your already planning for the Christmas sales in August. Why? Christmas isn't really about Santa and stores. But those big time rich store
owners definitely believe in Santa!

No way, I like the Christmas stuff. That way I could get things at my own pace and not feel rushed. Also the Christmas music station is great, It puts a smile om my daughters face, somthing different for a change!!

The only way this country runs is on the borrowed dollar. If we don't shop now, how will we be able to support all of those illegal aliens?
oh yeah, as we continue to lose our jobs, they'll have to support us, right?
Buy American only.

Thursday i was unfortunately in a minor car accident on Lake Shore Dr. near 57th and Science Dr. very fortunately i wasn't hurt.(Thank GOD!) I went to the hospital and was met there by the police officer who reponded to the scene. He gave me my info and told me that my car was safe from being towed by the city for appox. 5-10 days. He then alerted me that a Tow truck by the name of City WideTow was circling the lot but did not approach the vehicle because he was there. I returned to the scene the next evening and my car was gone! the weird thing about it was that a Tower called me @ 10:52 pm that night to ask me if i needed a tow. i said no and then he proceeded to say that if my vehicle did not start up then he would do the job for me. first, i didn't understand how he got my number to contact me in the first place. once i got back to my car that night @ 11:00pm I noticed that my radio was missing. then I tried to start the car and it wouldn't turn over then we noticed that the fuse box was tampered with. The next day when I went to retieve it it was gone. I've heard of these scams where towers snatch cars off the streets for "Fenders & Benders" and innocent hard-working individuals like me have to suffer while these criminals go unpunished because you cant tract the tower down or legally prove they stole anything. what can be done to crack down on these theives who take vehicles with no consequences? By the way, the officer put the towers info on my police report and informed me that if my vehicle was not there when i returned that City Wide Tow was most likely the culpri
