Arellano announces “campaign of resistance”

Hours after the Senate voted against advancing the immigration reform project, the Mexican activist Elvira Arellano announced a campaign of resistance against the U.S. government.

In a written statement, the leader of the movement Familia Unida (United Family) said that “if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law."

She demanded an immediate moratorium on all raids and deportations.

Arellano, who has remained in a Northwest Side church since August 15 to avoid an order of deportation, said this would be the deadline the government will have to "revive and pass a comprehensive immigration reform.”

Otherwise, pro-immigrant organizers will begin a campaign “aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt.”

Representatives from the Centro Sin Fronteras and the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights also announced this morning they were prepared to take “economic actions” against corporations that support anti immigrant legislators and programming.

Also, a massive concentration of families and children is scheduled for July 17 in Washington D.C. to “confront the leaders of both parties and the President.”

I do not feel sorry for this multiple criminal illegal offender who whines and moans and complains about the injustice of her situation. Who cares if she had a kid in the US? She needs to be forcibly removed from the church that acts like her coward protector and then be deported immediately. She has over-stayed her welcome; she continues to be a criminal and break our laws. This is not her country. She should've thought about her premeditated criminality before she got pregnant and decided to hide behind the birth of her kid to avoid deportation, thinking that we'd feel sorry for her. It's her own fault the predicament and situation is in and she's a disgrace for having placed her child in such a situation as well. If others feel our laws are broken in large part it's because individuals like her have broken them and thumbed their nose at the order of law and the fact that we are a nation of laws and law abiders. Criminal illegals have no respect for America or Americans or legal documented law abiding aliens. Those who break our laws are criminals and have no right to express themselves. The criminal illegals have not earned, nor do they deserve those rights.

This woman, the imitation church she's hiding in and all of these so-called immigration rights groups need to get a clue. The American People have awaken and are pissed!

No longer will we tolerate people jumping our borders, wreaking havoc on our social services and destroying our wages for their own selfish benefit. This is OUR country and we are going to take it back! The recent defeat of Senior Kennedy's amnesty shows just how much the people are speaking. Look at how the votes have turned in the past month and tell me the people aren't making a difference.

The end of the illegal alien invasion is near. Deportations will soon follow. Enforcement of our current laws will resume and start to make a difference in the boisterousness of these people who have no business being here in the first place. Yes, our laws are broken, and people like Elvira Arellano broke them. Now is the time to fix them by enforcing them and punishing the criminals who break them and those who harbor and assist know fugitives.

She's been sitting in that Church for almost a year, and still has to speak through a translator!
How ignorant of her to not even bother to learn english in order to argue her case, (not that she has one), for herself!
Yeah, she really strikes me as someone who "loves" this country! She simply wants to continue to receive the hand outs that this country gives her!
She needs to go home...Reform has been shot down. Her fight is lost...

After re-reading this I have to point out something here....
This statement:

Seems kind of threatening to this Nation and the Citizens who live here.
I believe this could be viewed as a possible Terrorist Threat! I mean, what else could be assumed by someone wanting to bring the Government and the economy to a halt! Wasn't that part of the goal of the 9/11 Attack? They tried to cripple this nation and the economy!

Familia Unida ( United family). I guess Ms. Elvira Arellano was deported once already before she even had a child. Obviously she blatantly disregarded our laws and reentered into the country illegally once again. Then she found the magic loophole the anchor baby; but that may be a misinterpretation of the constitutions true intent. Well I think its very clear what she wanted long before she had her child. To stay here illegally; and hope that someday her illegal actions would be over looked. It is unfortunate she decided to have a child after being deported once before. So who fault is it if not her own. She left her own home country of origin and family members there. We did not ask her to leave her relatives or family behind or to start a new one here illegally. Breaking the law has it's consequences. Sorry that she decided to bring a child into her illegal actions. She wants her family united; nobody is saying they have to be torn apart. She can take her illegal family back home intact to her own country. No sympathy for law breakers or illegal immigrants who are a becoming a social drain to our social services; food stamps; welfare; and medical care. These services were set up for Americans and paid for by American taxpayers; it was not made to be paid to foreign nationals.

The leaders of Famila Unida say" The Democrats and Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law ". The only way to fix the broken law is to immediately if not sooner DEPORT all ILLEGAL ALIENS from our land and the broken laws will be fixed. Get the ILLEGAL ALIENS out of our schools, hospitals as far as our prison, have them serve their time and then DEPORT them.

How dare this criminal threaten US citizens and our country!!!

Numerous citizens, anti-illegal groups, etc. are starting a nationwide campaign demanding that they go in and arrest Elvira---as she is going to cause problems throughout the country.

Please everyone do the same....Quote pieces from the article above and DEMAND that they go in and arrest her---just as they would any other criminal hiding in a church!!

Sounds like she really loves this country, eh? And she also shows it by disregarding the law and encouraging others to steal the services we've worked for and our jobs, and expecting our representatives to completely turn their backs to their constituents.

I’m getting a kick out of this article because I’m NOT an economist.

I can sort of see how a myopic economist may be able to see an increase in profits by snuffing the descendants of the founders of this country. That makes room for the criminals in business’s illegal labor. Not only can many of the illegal invaders be paid off in token wages but that also leaves the honest workers stiffed with the invaders taxes, medical and social services. It’s a pure genius way of eliminating any competition. They won’t be able to compete on that playing field. Every day more and more will go under.

The part that confuses me is I can see examples of some of the illegal aliens previous work. And… How will all of the crime that surrounds illegal immigration be helping you out when the honest people are forced to join in, in the lawlessness?

"Holing up" in a building of any kind does not make it "holy". The Church is not a building. The immigration laws that have resulted in the deportation order of this fugitive are accepted by The Church as it is written in Romans 13

Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. If this fugitive were in The Church she would surrender to the authorities just like the Bible says. Using someone elses social security card is against the law in any country.

"Be frutiful and multiply and fill the earth...." Just because Paul Erlich in his 1968 book, "The Population Bomb" implied that the earth is already full does not mean God has changed His mind. In fact, if you put all the people in the world in Texas each would have a quarter acre.

We need to send all the illegals back and allow more legal immigration as long as they accept the principles embodied in our Declaration of Independence (...that all men are created...) and the US Constitution.

Despite the racist fantasies of Arellano and the racial supremacy groups like Familia Unida, La Raza, and LULAC, we "white Europeans", as they now call us in Texas, aren't going back to Europe. Some of us still have the original paper work issued by the Mexican government in the 1830's granting land to our families in Texas. This is our country now and forever and WE aren't going anywhere. Arellano needs to quit lecturing American citizens and go home where she belongs.

If groups like Familia Unida, La Raza, and LULAC continue to spew their racial identity clap-trap, then the Kennedy-McCain-Bush "path to citizenship" may become a path to civil war.

I got news for you people so listen up:

If you think your gonna intimidate us Americans into bending and breaking our laws for your satisfaction and benefit any longer your entirely misguided and misinformed. As a result of your continued pushing the limits of our hospitality and goodwill, we in my neighborhood, the NW suburban communities of Buffalo Grove and Wheeling are taking back our towns from you illegals and will not stop until these townships are rid once and for all of you and your illegal families and friends alike. Every last one of you.

You mess the bull and you get the horns, and that's what you will be getting from now on out here just for starters. That's not a threat that is a promise folks , take that to the bank.

We will be monitoring the local hardware stores, and known gathering spots for the laborers as well as the local staffing agencies starting with Paramount staffing in Des Plaines and Aurora as well as the staffing agency here in Wheeling where every morning 20-30 plus illegals line up daily for work, being hired even though nary a single one is a legal citizen nor speaks any English.

You folks just couldn't leave well enough alone becoming pushy and greedy and now think you can start ordering us around in our country, well think again.

Those days are over Amigos, so get packing cause you're going home if your illegal if we can help it.

federal statutes are clear on aiding and abetting illegal aliens. The church has no business aiding and abetting. why this and other churches tax exemptions have not been called to question is absolutely incredible. Parishioners across the country should withhold their tithes from any church when the priests,pastors,and Bishops go against not only only Gods law but Ceasers also. This womans actions hurt job prospects of legal aliens by increased hostility by the general population..what a selfish person and what a selfish lesson shes teaching her kids. Its all about her and not all the other people she's hurting. If she wants to resist and cause embargos thats what all her people need to do in Mexico to make the laws better there. But she is like the rest of them, opportunists and cowards and law breakers with the churches duplicity and blessing. If the church was so concerned then build a parish over there where the real poor and needy are. Hippocrites. But God is good, and we are as much his children as this woman thinks she is. But she does not trust God or the laws. If she did she should walk proudly out on her own and put in God's own hands. How dare she cast a stone at us, after we were good to her. not one tithe more, I say, and the priests backing this thing should be defrocked.

Elvira Arellano is not only a criminal alien who is taking advantage of American people's generosity and compassion. But instead of being grateful, she is now inciting resistance and exhorting her co-illegal alien brethren to bring down the country's economy - the same country that she has suckled from for years. What a parasite! Ticks like Ms. Arellano must be immediately removed, extirpated from the social welfare roles and deported back to Mexico where she came from. It is illegal aliens like Ms. Arellano that ruin our culture and undermine our security.

This anchor baby of her's, the one she always puts on center stage when she speaks, through a translator, (even though she has sure been here long enough to learn english!) "splitting up the family"...How did this "anchor baby" come about? Was there an "immaculate conception"??? Why doesn't anyone in the main stream media ever mention the FATHER OF THIS ANCHOR??? Did he give up parental rights??? Is he an illegal also??? How about DCFS getting involved??? Just because this CONVICTED FELON named elvira wants to hold herself "hostage" in this "storefront" church, run by the infamous "slim coleman" who found religion...(yea, right!) doesn't mean this anchor of hers has to be with her...I'm sure that there are many LEGAL families who would love to be foster parents, although, with the brainwashing he's been through, that may be a tall order... Seal the borders first, the massive fines for all businesses that hire illegals. And, alvira, can you see the momentum turning? America's had enough of your demands. You go now, quietly sneak out of the country, or face jail time like you were supposed to the first time you were busted and made a plea deal for just deportation.
