Isis is a goddess. I enjoy watching her during the 10PM newcast. It is a shame to see Tami Vo and others leave but maybe they will pop up on another news channel. Jen Burgess is on ABC 15 now.
Fox 10 is a good place to get my news. I enjoy watching all the personalities as they all do good solid reporting.
Welcome to Arizona Isis !

The Chandler Police Officer who was stupid enough to leave his K-9 Dog in a hot car for 12 hours needs to be demoted as he is not seargent material and needs to be suspended with-out pay and be charged with a misdeamenor for animal cruelty. I don't care what his wife says that was the stupidest thing you could have done is leave a dog in a hot car on a hot summer day for 12 hours and claim that you forgot. I understand that the wife is standing by her man and this commendable and I don't fault her for that but Chandler Police has to be the worst police department in Arizona besides Surprise and I hope for one that Sherrif Joe can do something about this whether its for publicity or not.

Before my mom died in April of this year from cancer she made it known to family that she wanted my 14 year old brother to finish school and get his high school diploma. With that being said my father and I looked into getting my brother into a charter school as we feel they are no different than a public school and offer a more intimate setting in regards to smaller class sizes.
Already, my brother has 3 friends and that was on the first day of school alone ! I feel that charter schools sometimes get a bad rap but in reality they are just another tool that students can utilize in getting their education.
Just because charter schools are often times full of thugs and gangster like students doesn't mean that charter schools are bad. At least these students have not dropped out of school.
So far all the critices out there against Charter Schools be glad that they exist because you never know maybe one of these days you will have to utilize them for your children. The one that my brother goes to is a regular type school and has students that are typical in which you would find in a public school.
I am glad for whomever legislated that Charter Schools could come into existence because I can rest assure and be at peace that my family can honour my mom by ensuring that her baby boy graduates from school.

Don't get me wrong I know that the U.S. Airways Center ( Formerly AWA ) is 15 years old and the Glendale Arena is approaching 3 years old but the arena in Glendale has outclassed the U.S. Airways Center already !
Glendale Arena has a more intimate theme. They have bigger and more comfortable seats. The whole area around Glendale Arena is so much better and offers more amenties and is truly a place you can enjoy before and after an event all this and more and its only taken Glendale three years to do it and they are not even finished yet. How long has Phoenix been trying to do the same thing ?
Trust me folks, unless U.S. Airways Center starts making improvements such as installing new and replacing old original seats from 15 years ago then U.S. Airways is going to wind up like Veteran's Memorial Colisuem and be rarely used now that might be stretching it but I am sure you catch my drift.
Glendale Arena is already snatching up top performers and as soon as contracts begin to expire more and more are going to be choosing Glendale Arena over U.S. Airways Center.
They ( U.S. Airways Center ) charges $3.75 per ticket and dubb it as a "facility fee". Well were is that money going ? It sure is not going into remodeling the arena inside. The exterior of the arena is starting to look its age and there has been graffiti at the west end near the arena parking garage for a month now and they still haven't removed it.
In closing, I know the Suns, Mercury, Rattlers etc will never leave the U.S. Airways Center but I can't wait until all the top performers and major events start coming to Glendale Arena as they slowly but surely already are. Maybe that will be a wake-up call for U.S. Airways Center because there is a new "palace" in the desert and its in Glendale !

The Mercury Is Rising In Phoenix And More Play-Off Basketball Is On The Way. The Magic # is 2 for the mighty ladies of the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury to clinch a spot in this year's playoff's for the first time since 2000.
Right now, they are the most exciting thing happening here in the Phoenix area when it comes to sports. I am calling on all "bandwagon jumpers" here in Phoenix to join the Mercury and their loyal fans and root for this team down the stretch and into and thru-out the playoffs and lets sell-out the U.S. Airways Center.
Tickets are as low as $10 for lower level seats and its great basketball and entertainment especially for the kids and for basketball fans of all ages.

Awww ... Another Gangster Filled State Fair Is On The Way !
Nothing like leaving the State Fair after a concert only to learn while walking out to your car that there was a shooting on Mcdowell.
The State Fair is whack. It is way too small. Too expensive. No worthy concerts and definetly in a horrible part of town. They need to pack up and move it up to Prescott or Flagstaff like they wanted a few years ago.
The rides are nothing to write home about. There's more Security, DPS Officers and PHX Police Officers than there is fair attendees at times. The only safe time to go is during the day but all the entertainment is at night so go figure.
I think I will attend another State Fair out of state again this year !

Game 1 ... Phoenix VS San Antonio !
Its gonna be the best playoff series of 2007. Even though the referees made some bad calls and the Spurs mainly Ducan, Parker and Ginobli are the biggest NBA crybabies when it comes to whining about how they should have gotten fouls or shouldn't have this was still a game that the Suns should have won because they scored their 100 + points and even though it wasn't as fast paced of a game as myself being a reborn Suns fan would have liked the Suns should have won this game.
I was at the game and the Spurs clearly outhustled the Suns especially when it came to rebounds. The Spurs played a solid game as well as the Suns as the whole game was very exciting and tense but the Spurs simply kept their composure and out hustled the Suns. You didn't see Duncan, Parker, Ginobli and the rest of the crew soft and nervous but on the Suns side I could see Amare a little tenative even though he had an awesome game as far as points and rebounds. Marion is missing in action again but if the Suns would have just hustled more and were hungrier more they would have won game one.
Thank God its a best of seven series and with the opening jitters now out of the way for the Suns because this is the BIGGEST SERIES for this years edition of the NBA play-offs I think the Suns can settle in and play the way they are capable of and acourse will win this series in six or seven games. BUT ..... they will lose this series and be sent home packing if they don't stop being complacent and stop coming out flat like they did today in Game 1 and like they did in Game 5 against the Lakers.
The Spurs are not the Lakers and the result will be the same as today if the Suns don't get their act together. Read all the sports articles from various sources about the game today and you will read a quote from Nash talking about the same thing about how they the Suns didn't come out with energy.
Trust me, lack of energy and hustle are going to be the downside for this Suns team. I am not a NBA player and haven't grinded it out like the Suns have this year but it doesn't take a genius to know or say that the Suns better shape up, come out with energy, come hungry and hustle the rest of the way and all the way to the finals and through the finals or it will be yet another season come and gone with no NBA CHAMPIONSHIP.
By The Way, Suns Season Ticket Holders, those of you selling your tickets on the Ticket Exchange. Thank you so much !!! Since 2005 I been able to go to play-off games that are sold out and because of the Ticket Exchange I will be at Game 2 !!!!
Yeeeee Hawwww !!!! Go Suns !!!!! Yeeeee Hawwww !!!! Go Suns !!!!!

Phoenix Suns fans need to step up and become more of a factor in these play-offs. I attended the game the other night ( Game 5 ) versus the Lakers and the crowd was basically dead until the fourth quarter and even then they were mediocre with their cheering and enthusiasm. I know that Game 5 was just a formality as everyone knew that the Suns would beat the Lakers. However, anything can happen in the NBA as you can take the Mavericks getting eliminated as an example.
Baron Davis of the Golden State Warriors got injured in the game last night and Matt Barnes was nursing an injury just to name a few but you can bet your bottom dollar that the crowd in Golden State is what inspired Baron Davis and the rest of the team. I know the Warriors haven't been to the play-offs in 13 years but come on folks the way they were cheering is what PLAYOFF basketball is all about.
How can we expect the Suns to go and then win the Championship if the Suns fans are not going to be the X-Factor. It's not a cliche. It's a fact that fans are the X-factor especially during the play-offs. We Suns fans have to become the X-factor and it has to show at the game but more importantly on TV. We have to show the world that when you come into our house we are going to make playing there as miserable as possible.
San Antonio is going to be a tough series but the Suns can pull it out but they are not going to be able to do it with-out the X-factor. The Suns fans need to be in it well before tip-off and until the very last second of the game. The corporate junkies that sit in the premium seats in the lower levels need to take a cue from the REAL FANS that sit in the upper level and learn how to cheer on the Suns. I could have sat in the lower level the other night but why ? Its boring down there ! I wanted to sit in the upper level where the real fans sit and cheer on their Suns. Its more fun and lively up there. Grant it, the majority of the arena on this night was dead even in the upper level. Its sad and pathetic.
I challenge all those who attend the games in this year's play-off's to put-up, get loud and stay loud or don't even bother coming to the game at all because if your voice is not "horse" at the end of the game then you were a non-factor.
Its time for Suns fans to step up to the plate in this year's play-offs because they are going to need it the rest of the way and especially against San Antonio. The Suns organization needs to promote being loud and active with their cheering during the play-offs. I don't mean that we need to become disruptive and act like idiots but we do need to step-up to the plate. If the Suns organization can't get the fans pumped up then I won't be wasting my time and entertainment dollars going to another Suns game.
GO SUNS !

I just recently got back from a road trip through Utah from my time in Idaho and I must say Utah drivers are the worst drivers next to California drivers. They have no respect for the road and in fact they think they own it. They don't pay attention to the posted signs and they just seem to drive all over with no regard to others.
Utah is a very beautiful state and I am sure most of the people are nice as I came across several during my stay in the Salt Lake City area. However, everytime I was cut off, had someone riding my bumper or just seen idiotic driving there was always a UTAH plate 90% of the time and I thought driving in the Phoenix area was bad.

Fox 10 Producers,
Why in the world do you all not have the beautiful Andrea Robinson on the opening credits. You have the whole morning show team of Hooner, Rick, Sean and the sexy Alexis ( Sorry got carried away ).
But anyways, Andrea plays an important role on the morning show too and I don't see why it would be a problem to add Andrea to the opening credits.
How about it ?
What does everyone else think about it ? Remember, when I watch the morning show its when I am working graveyard shift so obviously I have time to not only watch the show but to also analyze I guess petty things as such. Ha Ha Ha !
I say .. hip hop hooray for Andrea and lets add her to the opening credits !

Fox Viewers,
Do you work-out ? If so, where at ?
Pure Fitness, LA Fitness or Bally Total Fitness ?
I work out over at Bally's. They have great deals but their clubs are generally dirty and not very well kept up. They definetly have the amenities and you can get the work-out that you desire but it at times is filthy.
How about where you work out at ? How are the conditions there ?

Does anyone agree that Fox 10 has the hottest ladies on their newsteam ?
Don't get me wrong, Fox 10 is a great newsprogram regardless of the fact that they have the hottest ladies on the newsteam. I love how Fox 10 presents their shows. Its too bad they are not on High Definition.
Not only are the likes of Sabra, Alexis, Andrea and Tammy Vo gorgeous they do an excellent job at reporting and giving information. The same goes for the entire team such as Linda Williams, Stephanie Sandoval, Kari Lake, Vicki Ngyuen and the list goes on.
The only problem I have with Fox 10 is that they don't give nearly enough time for sports coverage except on Sunday nights. If I was the sports anchor I would be frustrated that I was only allowed a few minutes to talk about sports. It seems like they are rushed as if you notice as soon as they are done the credits come up to end the newsprogram almost immediately to go off the air.
Nonetheless, I still love watching Fox 10 news because of the great job that everyone does and for the attractive ladies. Additionally, I get to watch the 9PM and 10PM editions starting at 200AM which allows me to pass the time and stay informed while at work !

Andrea, what happened to that rock ( Ring ) that you use to wear ? I can't imangine you not being snatched up by some lucky fella. Anyways, how do you like Surprise and the God-awful commute ?
Its not too bad in the early morning but it is a drag !
I moved out from Surprise a year ago !
Anyone else live in Surprise and can't wait to get out because of the traffic ?
Surprise is a beautiful city with gorgeous views but I will never move back there until they get the 303 connected to the 101 at least and or 17 plus they need to hurry up and build their entertainment district.

Alexis, I don't know who is doing your make-up for the morning show but please tell them to use a lighter tone. You are gorgeous but that dark tone has to go. It doesn't bode well with your complexion. Other than that, keep smiling as its a welcome gesture while watching the morning show.
