Chris Bakers says "I don't think they respect us".... and maybe he's right. Last year going into week 10 the Patriots were 9-0 and the Jets were 1-8.... different year...very different record. The Jets and Pats are now tied for first.... but nobody likes to share.

So... who do you think's gonna take this thing??

As our high school sports teams move into the the winter season...MyFoxLocker.com is doing it in style! North Rockland High School's hockey team had the chance to take on the New York Rangers yesterday at their practice facility in Terry Town. We (and I include myself in this) took to the ice...ran (skated) some drills and learned from the best (literally). I have to say...what a team!! Aside from having some serious skill on the ice, North Rockland's hockey team is made up of some great guys and coaches (special thanks to Coach Dworkowitz for the pointers on the ice). I think one of the North Rockland players said it best: "this is a once in a life time experience...and I won't forget it." And I think Ranger's forward, Ryan Hollweg, enjoyed the day almost as much as I did. Hollweg made a point of telling me what a cool group of guys the North Rockland hockey team is...he also said he wishes that myfoxlocker existed when he was in high school. Thank you North Rockland for teaching me how to skate...I now have a new hobby (and a couple new bruises;)! Can't wait to meet the next team!!

This week,  I received an email from a guy who says his friends hate his girlfriend. Rough! Mike from New Jersey wrote saying that the situation has gotten so bad that he feels he needs to choose between his boys and his girl.                 Sometimes your friends can see something that you can't...HOWEVER, they don't always know best.

 If your friends hated your significant other...how much would that affect you?  What advice would you give Mike?

Tomorrow on 'Good Day' I'm weighing in on the cocky versus confident guy.

Ladies, I think you'll agree, we all want a confident guy... but at what point is the 'confidence' no longer a good trait? Where do we draw the line?

It's surreal and terrifying to think that the Southern California firestorm has forced about half a million people to evacuate their homes...My family being just one of the many  who are not sure if their home is still a house. Entire communities are now ghost towns (including the city I grew up in) and more than 700 homes have burned so far. So to all who are in California or have family there, my thoughts and prayers go out to you.
